As the project planning develops, we assist the design team with value engineering and recommendations for construction efficiency and product feasibility and bring to the table years of experience in planning and cost analysis. We have been very successful working as a team with the owner and the designer, contributing our experience and expertise to insure that the design will ultimately fir within the designated budget and schedule.
